Our services
Supported Independent Living
Supported independent living is one type of support to help you live in your home. It includes help or supervision with daily tasks, like personal care or cooking meals. It helps you live as independently as possible, while building your skills. Supported independent living is for people with higher support needs, who need some level of help at home all the time. Supported independent living is best suited to people with a disability who have higher support needs.
Household Tasks
Participants may struggle to complete household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and organizing. We are able to help the participant complete tasks around the house to build their skills and work towards higher independence. We strive to work towards the participant’s goals and preferences so we can help them achieve independence faster and be more comfortable with lower levels of support.
Travel
We can help transport an you from your home or another place to where you need to be. It can be for work, study, community events, or anything else . The NDIS will provide different levels of funding depending on your needs. In certain circumstances, the NDIS may provide you with more funding for transport. We are able to aid with public transport and rideshare applications as well as having access to personal cars.
Community Partcipation
It can often be challenging for NDIS participants to access the community often and enjoy the activities they wish to enjoy. We are able to work with the participant and their family to take them out into the community to experience what they may have missed out on previously. We work with the client to determine what they would like to experience and provide support to achieve their goals faster.
